My wife, Amy, and I are so excited to have found this wonderful jewel in the Florida Keys. I’m a native Floridian and have been coming to the Keys for over 40 years. Amy and I met in Islamorada and we try get down here as often as we can. We’ve stayed everywhere from Key West to Key Largo and feel Gulfpointe II is the ideal place to to call our “home away from home”.

It’s centrally located in the Keys chain which means it’s an easy drive to Key West for the day or Islamorada for dinner. Situated on a small peninsula, it’s views of the Gulf and famous Keys sunsets is unmatched. If you enjoy boating, the property has a dock and there is easy access to the Atlantic via the Vaca Cut. The view from either the upstairs bedroom balcony or downstairs family room balcony is a panorama of turquoise water and blue skies.

The current owner has offered the unit for weekly rentals on VRBO for years and has developed a dedicated group of people who rent from her regularly. Amy and I were amazed at the positive notes people have left in the guest book and on VRBO and we are looking forward to continuing the same level of service.

We are confident you will enjoy your visit at Gulfpointe II and become a regular also. Please feel free to email or call us if you have any questions about our unit or just want to find out about some of the things to do in Marathon.
